Welcome to Autolietuva! We offer car rental services located in Spain. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Conditions

• Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent a car from Autolietuva.
• Rental Agreement: Each time you rent a vehicle from Autolietuva, you must sign a rental agreement outlining specific terms and conditions relating to the rental vehicle.

2. Use of Vehicles

• Permitted Use: The vehicle may only be used for normal driving purposes within the country of Spain. You agree not to use the vehicle for racing, illegal purposes, or in a manner that could cause damage.
• Prohibited Areas: Vehicles rented from Autolietuva must not be driven in restricted or off-road areas.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

• Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with the rental, including but not limited to rental fees, insurance costs, and taxes.
• Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damage to the vehicle. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through major credit cards and cash. All fees are payable at the time of vehicle pick-up unless otherwise specified.

4. Insurance and Liability

• Insurance: Basic vehicle insurance is included in your rental. You may purchase additional insurance at the time of rental.
• Liability: You are responsible for any damage or loss to the rental vehicle and third-party property, except to the extent covered by insurance.

5. Vehicle Return

• Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, barring normal wear and tear.
• Late Returns: Late returns will be charged at a rate specified in the rental agreement.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up may incur a fee.
• Modifications: Any changes to your reservation, including vehicle type or rental duration, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Autolietuva harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the rental vehicle or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Autolietuva will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
